Quality housing is vital for every thriving community.  Sac City offers a variety of housing options, ranging from executive homes to affordable housing to rent-subsidized living. A recent county-wide housing needs assessment helps the Housing Committee plan for the future. Incentivizing new construction and identifying available building areas are two of the current goals for the committee.
